A Sound Journey (aka sound bath, sound healing) is a guided listening experience that combines traditional instruments, natural sounds, and moments of quiet reflection to create an atmosphere of relaxation, curiosity, and presence.
Rather than a performance for an audience, participants are invited to become part of the experience, allowing sound to unfold naturally while enjoying a comfortable, peaceful environment.
Each session is shaped by the setting, the instruments, and the people present, making no two experiences exactly alike.
